On Saturday, 26thMarch, at 3pm we will be holding the book launch for Bishop Edir Macedo’s new book ‘Here I am, Lord!’ at the Rainbow Theatre.
How do I get my hands on a copy?
Very simple! You can buy a ticket for £10 in any of our Universal Church branches, and then on the day of the launch, head down to Finsbury Park to exchange the ticket for a copy of ‘Here I am, Lord!’.
Why do I need this book?
The title references prophet Isaiah’s answer to God’s great question: ‘Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?’
In a clear and concise way, Bishop Macedo explains that the Most High is looking for servants and knows exactly what type of people he wants; it’s not about how long one’s been a church member, nor about having a vast biblical knowledge, or even intellectual abilities. God is searching for servants who will offer their lives to Him in sincerity, purity, and wholeness.
In this book, Edir Macedo addresses various aspects of a servant’s life, such as behaviour, character, choices, struggles, faith, and salvation. It’s a true treasure for those who value the privilege of being called and chosen to serve God.
