Life is not easy and we know that it can be even tougher if you have nobody there to support you. That is why we have made ourselves available to help you in your most difficult moments. Our 24-hour helpline is ready to provide you with someone you can talk to.

You do not have to face your problems by yourself, as a friendly voice on the other end of the line will be ready to listen to your problems and advise you in the best way possible. The volunteers who work at the helpline use their experience gained from problems they have overcome as a basis to support you and to give you practical and spiritual advice.

Negative/suicidal thoughts
If your problems have been too much to bear and you have lost all hope and you do not know what to do or you have lost the will to carry on, talk to us and find the spiritual help that will strengthen you. You can only overcome negative thoughts with positive ones.

Our volunteers can help you with spiritual advice so that you can find a way out of this situation.

What will happen when you call our 24-hour helpline?

Your call will always be answered by a friendly human voice and after you’ve explained the problem/s you have, an appointment will be offered to you to attend one of our HelpCentres to receive practical and spiritual help. The volunteers who work on the helpline overcame various kinds of problems and gained experience as a basis to help those who call.

There are 30 full-time and 20 part-time HelpCentres in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Our HelpCentres are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The doors open on weekdays at 6:30am and close after the 7:30pm meeting. On Saturdays and Sundays, they open at 6:30am and close in the early evening.
