Make a complaint

All incidents are subject to independent investigation in order to provide the appropriate response. The confidentiality and fundamental rights of those who report any incident are safeguarded. Complaints submitted through this form will be looked into and followed up with an email. All complaints must be made within 30 days of the event leading to the complaint or when the complainant becomes aware of a cause for complaint or any concern relating to the work of the Charity.

*Please note: The Charity welcomes anonymous complaints, but it cannot ignore the fact that anonymity carries the practical consequence of limiting assessments and investigations where further information is required, thus preventing a complete and fair investigation.
