Some say they feel a lot of negativity around them; everything in their lives tends to have an unhappy ending. It’s like they’re up against an invisible force that opposes every effort they make to find happiness – a feeling that many can only describe as ‘bad luck’ but most people agree that there are two opposing forces in the world: good and evil. So then how to deal with evil?
Well Jesus never performed a ritual to cast out evil. He had no written liturgy for the action that had to be read in just the right order. Jesus, on the other hand, simply used the spiritual authority He had to command them to leave.
It was His faith that cast them out, not mystical words. This is the way that Jesus taught His disciples to cast out evil and He expects us to follow His example using the authority of His name. Therefore our approach is simple: to make a prayer for deliverance with the laying on of hands. This prayerful support can work alongside any other services a person may be receiving.
