Before starting the IntelliMen challenges, I was a person who would say I was going to do something, but not do it. I was a lazy and complacent, and could not keep promises that I had made, even to myself. The challenges really taught me to be a man of my word and to be a hard worker. I still have many things to improve on, but I am not ashamed to say this, as I have also come to realise that a real man is aware of his weaknesses.”
