How healthy is your heart

The internet is full of different diet plans and exercises that one can do to avoid common heart-related illnesses such as heart disease. However, there are still cases of people becoming ill and even dying without showing any signs of an unhealthy heart.

Stress-induced cardiomyopathy, more commonly known as “broken heart syndrome”, is a condition that is caused by large amounts of stress hormones at once from an emotionally stressful event. It is believed that women experience this condition more than men.

We are not implying that you should become an emotionless android to safeguard yourself against such an incident, as rare as it is. However, it is known that performing activities every day can relieve stress levels and reduce the risk of your heart “breaking”.
