Are You Your Family’s Intercessor?
An intercessor is someone who stands between those who need help and those who can provide it. Spiritually speaking, intercessors are people who pray on behalf of those who don’t have faith to seek God, so that they can get to know Him.

God is looking for intercessors and, as Christians, it’s our responsibility to intercede on behalf of those who are not able to fight for themselves. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for an intercessor. You only know God because at least one person prayed, interceded and looked after you, right?

In this spirit, we are in the Week of Family Salvation, a purpose of faith in which we are praying for the salvation of our family and friends. We built a replica of Noah’s Ark at the Altar, dedicated to your family. As we can see daily on the news, the world is a dangerous place. However, just like the Ark in Noah’s time, the Altar is a safe place where we can present our family and pray for their protection.

This Sunday, 13 March, at 10am (also at 7.30am) we will conclude the purpose with the Lord’s Supper of the Family, at the Rainbow Theatre or at your local Universal Church. Don’t miss this opportunity to renew – or make – your vows with God and sit at His table with your family, spiritually speaking. Invite your family members or bring something that represents them – it can be a piece of clothing, a picture, or a name written on a piece of paper. We will present it at the Altar and intercede for them. When you place your family on the Altar, you are placing them under God’s Salvation.
