When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”
But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.” And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. So they signalled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!”
For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken; and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men.” So when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed Him.” (Luke 5:4-11)
Peter had never caught such a large number of fish, as he did that day. It was a spiritual miracle that took place.
When Peter saw that the nets were tearing under the weight of how many fish there were, he knelt down and recognised that he was a sinner. Usually, there is not much emphasis put on this part, but how often do we forget that we are sinners? How many times do we forget to ask for forgiveness for the sins we commit consciously and unconsciously? We need to be humble. We are all sinners.
Peter was a businessman up until that point. That day, he hit the jackpot! Jesus asked him to leave it all behind and follow Him, and Peter immediately adhered to His call.
How many of us are able to do this, to forsake everything and put the greatest emphasis on Jesus?
Peter didn’t think about anything else; he made Jesus more important than everyone and everything. Jesus became his all. This is what it means to live by faith.

Hello Bishop, This part of the message stood out for me, "So when they had brought their boats to land, they forsook all and followed Him." The disciples left everything and followed the Lord Jesus. I imagine them leaving everything behind after witnessing the miracle. They did not look back to see what they have left behind. It made me think of the way I am following the Lord Jesus, it made me question if I have left or am leaving everything behind and follow Him. May be not. It certaintly makes me think about the way I am following Him.

A true servant of God is one who is willing to give up everything just to do and follow the will of God. Peter had a choice; he could've thought about his family,his business or he could've just refused to follow Jesus. Instead he displayed true faith, faith without boundaries or doubts

Hello Bishop. Yes is very true Bishop a true servant of God He give up Everything in this World and follow the words of God. And obey His commandments. He is concern the soul of outside the unbeliever He wants to save soul for God. And truly surrender her life 100 percent to God and He obey the will of God. Thank you Bishop. For very strong message.
