If there is something that human beings have in common is their remarkable ability to make mistakes. We’ve all been there, what started off as a seemingly harmless decision can very quickly escalate into a heart-wrenching, deep regret.
We will all face a few regrets in life, but some are harder to swallow than others. For many, the pain of regret is unbearable and can develop into feelings of grief or mental health issues if not dealt with.
Although we cannot escape making mistakes altogether, with the proper guidance we can definitely avoid making preventable errors. The Bible explains this in the book of Proverbs,
“Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.” (Proverbs 15:22 NKJV)
The greatest counsel of all, which can guide you towards a life of peace and help you avoid making choices you will later regret, comes from the Word of God.
That’s why in this week’s meeting of the 7 Fridays of the Spirits of God, you will have the opportunity to fight against the spirit of confusion and seek the Spirit of Counsel. There will be Pastors and Assistants available to pray for you during the service and you will receive an inspiring message to help you overcome your daily battles.
