Has the recent weather left you feeling low?

You’re not alone.

The NHS describe that many tend to feel sad during the winter season, and for some it can be severe and causing a significant impact on their day-to-day activities. They may also notice:

– A persistent low mood.
– A loss of pleasure or interest in normal everyday activities.
– Irritability.
– Feelings of despair, guilt and worthlessness.
– Feeling lethargic and sleepy during the day, or sleeping for longer than normal and finding it hard to get up in the morning.
– A noticeable increase (or decrease) in appetite.

If you can relate to anything listed above, and you’re struggling to cope, don’t suffer alone. Our 24hour Helpline is available to support you through this difficult time.
