No matter how strong and determined a person maybe, when faced with a moment of difficulty, many may think about giving up on their goals.
Read on to find out what to do if you feel like giving up:
Get ready: If you want to prosper and develop your skills and talents you are bound to have opposition. But the good news is that as long as you hold on to your faith in God you will see the desired results you longed for no matter the obstacles.
Don’t surrender: Yes, you are human and have feelings and limitations. But the difference between you and others is your faith, your faith in the word of God shouldn’t allow you to surrender to your emotions but your intelligence. Don’t let yourself be taken by discouragement, don’t wave the white flag and surrender to your problems see it as an opportunity to use your faith.
Move on: You will face unexpected situations that will try and knock you off course from your initial plan. Maybe you felt so close to; getting that promotion, or closing a contract, but everything went wrong, nothing went as you expected. Whatever the situation may be, even if at the moment you may not understand, don’t stop pursuing what you are looking for, and decide to move on. Don’t surrender to doubts and complaints, when you do that, discouragement is inevitable, but if you insist, you’ll see that the obstacles you have faced were worthwhile.
“We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed…” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9).
