On Tuesday 22nd March at 7pm, the first session of the Marriage Course got underway. There were two separate classes taking place, one in English and one in Portuguese.
The first class was an introductory session, but that came with important lessons which included clear and practical examples. The participants were also able to write down their desired goals and objectives aimed to achieve throughout the course. You can see they are truly excited to receive more!
Participants of the course, Elijah and Lluvial said, “We enjoyed the first session yesterday and found it very insightful. One thing that stood out to both of us was the fact that we cannot fight to change each other but we must work to change ourselves instead. The environment was very nice and we cannot wait until next week’s session.”
The feeling was also mutual for newlyweds, Edgar and Raquel who stated, “The first day of the marriage course exceeded our expectations! We received essential information according to what we needed and we are sure that the end result will be a marriage built upon the correct foundation. We are very excited about the next few weeks of the course.”
