Night of the Children’s Bread

a fulfilled life,

Night of the Children’s Bread
What’s your interpretation of a fulfilled life? Having enough money to get by, living comfortably, or having your family united?

You can’t obtain a fulfilled life whilst chasing after crumbs…

A gentile woman wanted her child to be set free she persistently asked Jesus for His help, not long after she received what she had asked for:

But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.” And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.” Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour. (Matthew15: 26-28)

The woman in this Bible verse refers to the miracle as a crumb, and perhaps you have been chasing after the crumbs, blessings and miracles, but there is so much more that God has to offer to His children.

God wants to give you bread, not crumbs!

The bread represents a fulfilled life, the life He promised He will give as stated in John 6:35: “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger…”

If you are tired of “eating the crumbs” we invite you this Wednesday to bring a loaf of bread to the Night of the Soul service. During this service, we will declare that you will receive God’s greatest gift the Holy Spirit – a fulfilled life.
