Lost case, failure, unworthy, too far gone, not worth the time of day… Do you resonate with these words? When you look at your life do you often wonder, ‘is there hope, even for someone like me?’
The short and sure answer to this question is, yes! There is hope, even for you. If you’ve not heard it in a while, let us remind you that there is no such thing as a lost case.
The reality is that no matter our background or status, we’ve all had that moment when we’ve felt forgotten but while people may overlook us, God never does. So much so that knowing all that you are, what you’ve been through and who you have been, He still believes you’re worth the sacrifice and wants to change your life.
In fact, this event: Remember Me, is especially for you!
Give yourself a fighting chance by joining us this Easter Sunday, 31 March at 10am at your nearest Universal Church.
Nowadays Easter means different things to different people. Some take it as a time to relax, or choose to stick to their traditions. While others take it as the perfect opportunity to gorge on chocolate eggs and put on a spectacular Easter bunny treasure hunt spread to post on Instagram.
But isn’t this period supposed to stand for the penultimate moment in humanity where everything changed? The very moment where the Son of God takes on the sin of the world, dies, rises again declaring victory for all those who believe in Him? Why does the suffering continue to suffer?
Perhaps in the midst of all the commercial hype, most have forgotten the true spirit of this period and in doing so have also forgotten the great victory that was conquered for them.
Thankfully, God does not forget!
At the pinnacle of His suffering, the Lord Jesus made it a point to remember the most rejected and despised in society. So, if you’re feeling rejected, invisible, neglected, abandoned, a lost case or too unimportant to be fussed over, we want you to know that GOD REMEMBERS YOU!
YES, YOU!
This Easter Sunday, 31 March, be our special guest for the Remember Me event where you will receive powerful prayers and spiritual support and guidance for all areas of your life.
It’s an event for those who feel forgotten and invisible, as if they were too unimportant for people – and even God – to remember them.
Through powerful Bible-based teachings, spiritual advice and strong prayers, the event aims to show people that, no matter how bad their situation may be, God remembers even the most despised ones and can change the history of those who surrender their lives to Him.
