Alphabet of Intelligent Love – G: Growth

Growth

Love that lasts doesn’t stay still; it grows. True, intelligent love is not about finding a “perfect” relationship that never changes – it’s about building one that evolves, matures and improves over time. This growth starts with each individual.

For couples, it means continually learning how to be better partners. It involves recognising areas that need work, being open to feedback, and making intentional efforts to improve. A healthy relationship should challenge both individuals to become their best selves, not only emotionally but in all areas of life, especially spiritually.

On the other hand, singles can grow by using their time alone not as a waiting period but as preparation. It’s the perfect opportunity to develop emotionally, spiritually and even practically. Whether that means healing from past experiences, enhancing communication skills, or learning to set healthy boundaries, personal growth lays the foundation for a stronger future relationship.

The Love Therapy seminars, held every Thursday at 8pm at the Rainbow Theatre, have been helping many couples and individuals identify areas for personal and relational growth, overcoming past issues and building a love life based on an intelligent kind of faith.

As you may already know, we are also organising the special event, the Love Walk – a day outdoors dedicated to connection and reflection. Click here for more details and join us on Saturday, 30 August at 1pm at Kennington Park.
