Imagine if the words we read in books could come to life and become reality. How incredible would it be if the ideas that inspire us and the lessons that move us could take shape right before our eyes? What if we told you there is one book that makes it truly possible?
The Bible is not just another piece of literature. Its words have the power to manifest and transform into extraordinary actions. Millions of people around the world who have experienced this power in their lives stand as living testimonials to this truth.
More than a sacred text, the Bible is a daily invitation to transformation. However, this invitation goes beyond mere knowledge or reading alone. Real change requires understanding what God is saying through His Word and putting it into practice in our everyday lives.
It’s possible to memorise hundreds of verses and even speak about faith, yet still fail to live according to what is written. The Lord Jesus Himself asked, “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?” (Luke 6:46).
When it comes to practising faith, knowing and doing are not opposites – in fact, true knowledge of the Word naturally leads to obedience. But when knowledge becomes an end in itself, it loses its significance – much like the religious leaders in Jesus’ time, who knew much but failed to recognise Him.
Those who put God’s Word into action experience results that go far beyond what the eyes can see. Transformation occurs both internally and externally, in thoughts, actions and relationships. This change happens not because they memorised verses, but because they chose to live them.
Jesus compared those who practise the Word to a person who builds their house on a rock – solid, unshakeable and ready for any storm (see Matthew 7:24–25). This is the goal: a solid faith built on a strong foundation, not just an outward appearance.
At the Universal Church, we hold daily services focused on various areas of life – finances, health, inner healing, family, and more. Each of these meetings shares one common purpose: to teach how to put faith into action based on the Word of God.
Just as the Bible provides countless examples of how faith can be applied in different aspects of life, you too can learn how to apply it effectively to your own situation. Whatever your circumstances may be, we invite you to take the Word off the page — to live it, act on it and witness tangible results born from a living and practical faith.
