When the Mind is Troubled, Everything Suffers

Troubled Mind
Many people have suffered great traumas, often from childhood, which they carry into adulthood, preventing them from experiencing true happiness. These wounds affect both body and soul, and over time, they can create distance not only from friends and partners but also from family members.

When the mind is troubled, no part of life can be truly healthy. Everything in our lives – mental, emotional, and spiritual starts from within, so when the mind is distressed or overwhelmed, every other area of life reflects that turmoil. Often, the most difficult part is not knowing how to overcome it.

People then begin making decisions that have little effect. They try to fix something inside them by making changes on the outside. Some change cities, professions, or relationships, yet each day the problem seems to grow worse. As we see in the case of many artists, money and access to the best treatments or doctors do not solve the problem, because the issue lies within the person.

Perhaps your physical well-being is also affected, and no matter what you have tried, no one has provided the answer. But maybe there is one thing you haven’t yet tried.

This Tuesday, join us for our Health Day service as we continue our Chain of prayer ‘The Powerful Entry of Jesus.’

The only One who can bring real change to your well-being and reach the inner wounds, traumas, sorrows, insecurities, and emotional struggles that so many people live with is God, through faith.

Bring your faith, no matter how small, because faith combined with action could bring the results you have been searching for.
