Everyone enjoys the feeling of victory—whether in our careers, relationships, or personal goals. But what happens when the real battle takes place within ourselves? If overcoming momentary challenges brings joy, imagine the joy of achieving a victory that never fades: Salvation. And in God’s eyes, this is the greatest achievement. After all, winning, according to the Christian faith, is more than just winning—it’s remaining steadfast until the end.
With this in mind, the Universal Church invites you to a very special service on Wednesday, 23rd July: The Lord’s Supper of the Overcomers. This is an opportunity for all who wish to renew their strength and remain steadfast in their journey of faith.
Inspired by the promise in Revelation 3:5: “He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life…” We encourage all who attend to wear at least one piece of white clothing.” It will be a night of white garments with the Lord’s Supper — a special moment to examine your spiritual life and take a step closer to God.
A common misconception is to believe that, “once saved, always saved.” While this idea may offer comfort, it doesn’t reflect what the Bible teaches. If it were impossible for someone’s name to be removed from the Book of Life, why would the Bible verse issue such a clear warning? There are those who once believed, but have since walked away from the faith. That’s why staying firm until the end is essential.
A true overcomer is someone who perseveres through life’s challenges. They don’t give up. Instead, they renew their faith each day, continuing on the path that leads to eternal life.
