The Bible is filled with accounts of miracles performed by God through water—not just one body of water, but waters from different sources that, when combined with faith, became instruments of healing, deliverance, and extraordinary wonders.
A clear example can be found in 2 Kings 5. Naaman, a commander afflicted with leprosy, was instructed by the prophet Elisha to wash seven times in the River Jordan. Although this act seemed simple, Naaman’s obedience and faith resulted in his complete purification and healing.
Another powerful demonstration of God’s might occurred at the Red Sea (Exodus 14). Surrounded by enemies and with no apparent escape, the people of Israel witnessed the waters parting so they could cross on dry ground. What seemed like an impossible situation became a moment of victory and deliverance when the Most High intervened.
You may have heard of these and other examples, but the question is: if God acted so powerfully in the past, would He be any different today? We believe that the same God who worked through water in biblical times is alive and active now, ready to do even more in the lives of those who seek Him wholeheartedly.
In this faith, from Friday, 9 January, we will begin the 7 Fridays of Spiritual Cleansing with 7 Blessed Waters. This will be a powerful new chain of prayer focused on spiritual renewal, deliverance, and transformation.
