How to Find Peace of Mind in a Restless World

Overwhelmed

In today’s fast-paced world, where countless events happen simultaneously, our minds are often pulled in multiple directions, making it difficult to find a moment of rest. Persistent worries and fears can weigh heavily on individuals, creating a sense of ongoing unease and exhaustion. As a result, even in rare moments of calm, many still struggle to switch off their thoughts.

When our minds fail to find rest, this constant stress can lead to serious consequences – such as irritability, sleepless nights, difficulty concentrating, emotional fatigue, and even conflicts with loved ones. Over time, these issues can significantly impact both our quality of life and our relationships.

Can you relate to this? Are you struggling to find peace amidst the chaos? There is a promise in the Bible that speaks directly to you: “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” (Isaiah 26:3).

The peace mentioned in this verse is not the kind that the world can provide; it is a peace that comes from above – one that protects your mind from everything that seeks to disturb it. But how can we attain it?

This is what you will learn at the “Friday to Protect Your Mind”, on 10 October at your nearest Universal Church.  As part of the 13 Fridays to Tie Up Evil, we will pray and declare, by faith, protection against any overwhelming thoughts that may be burdening you.

Don’t miss this opportunity to place your worries in God’s hands and experience the peace that only He can provide. Join us and take this step towards a calm, renewed and protected mind.
