Holy Week

Holy Week 1

About Holy Week

Holy Week is one of the most sacred times in the Christian calendar. It reflects upon the final days of Jesus Christ’s life on Earth—His death on the cross and His resurrection. The week begins with His triumphant entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday and concludes with His resurrection on Easter Sunday.

Holy Week is filled with profound meaning and the valuable lessons Jesus left to teach and guide us. From 29 March to 5 April, we invite you to join us for a life-changing experience.

Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday – Sunday, 29 March

This day marks the beginning of Holy Week, celebrating Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem.

“They brought the donkey and the colt, laid their clothes on them, and set Him on them. And a very great multitude spread their clothes on the road; others cut down branches from the trees and spread them on the road. Then the multitudes who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: ‘Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” (Matthew 21:7–9)

Please bring the garments you intend to wear on Good Friday as part of the preparation for our special event, Family at the Foot of the Cross. We also invite you to bring a palm branch, symbolising His entry into your life and your family.

Join us at your local Universal Church at 10am (also at 7:30am).

Monday Holy week

Jesus Cleanses the Temple – Monday, 30 March

On this day, Jesus entered the Temple and overturned the tables of those buying and selling, driving them out to restore the sanctity of His Father’s house.

“Jesus went into the temple of God and drove out all those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves.” (Matthew 21:12)

This day will also mark a turning point for your finances. You will have the opportunity to receive the new Ring of the Pact with God or renew your covenant with Him during our Prosperity with God meeting.

Main service at 7:30pm (also at 7am, 10am and 3pm).

Dry Fig Tree

Curse of the Fig Tree – Tuesday, 31 March

On this day, Jesus Christ cursed a fig tree that bore no fruit—a symbolic act demonstrating the power of spoken faith, even in seemingly unchangeable situations.

“And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, ‘Let no fruit grow on you ever again.’ Immediately the fig tree withered away.” (Matthew 21:19)

Faith in the Word of God produces the results we seek. We invite you to join us on this day to exercise your faith and seek healing.

Services at 7am, 10am, 3pm and 7:30pm.

Jesus feet perfume

The Anointing at Bethany – Wednesday, 1 April

“Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.” (John 12:3)

Mary expressed her faith by pouring out an expensive perfume at Jesus’ feet, symbolising her total surrender to God and her decision to make Him her Husband (Isaiah 54:5).

Join us for the Bible Study of the Kingdom of God—an opportunity to surrender our all to God in exchange for His all: the Holy Spirit.

Main service at 7:30pm (also at 7am, 10am and 3pm).

Thursday washing feet

Washing of the Feet – Thursday, 2 April

Jesus Christ washed the feet of His disciples as an example of true servanthood—humility, serving others, setting aside position, and not considering oneself above anyone else. Through this act, we understand the importance of serving one another and doing to others what Jesus did.

“If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet.” (John 13:14)

On this day, at the Love Therapy, learn how to apply the principle of service in your love life, relationships and marriage.

Let us purify ourselves as servants to prepare for the blessings yet to come in our love lives.

Join us at 8pm for a special Love Therapy seminar at the Cathedral of Miracles, Rainbow Theatre, 232 Seven Sisters Road, London N4 3NX.

Family at the cross

My Family at the Foot of the Cross – Good Friday, 3 April

Jesus’ arrest, trial and crucifixion are remembered on this sorrowful day. However, for us, this is also a day of great joy because, through His sacrifice on the cross, He granted us eternal salvation and reconciled us with the Father.

“So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, ‘It is finished!’ And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.” (John 19:30)

Come to the most anticipated event of the year—Family at the Foot of the Cross. Determine and declare that all addictions, separation, division and every problem in your life and family will come to an end.

Untitled 2You will also receive a bottle of Holy Oil, blessed in the Holy Land, free of charge. You may use it for healing and miracles according to your faith.

Event time: 3pm

Disclaimer: The shape and size of the small bottles may vary. Each bottle contains a small amount of blessed oil mixed with olive oil. One bottle per person; strictly first come, first served. Please note that the oil itself has no magical properties, but it can be used to awaken your faith and strengthen your willpower to overcome your challenges.
