Have you visited one of our food banks?

Food bank news

Every Saturday from 11am-1pm the volunteers of the Universal Church across the UK come together to make our food bank initiative possible.

This project which kick-started during the pandemic in 2020, is now held in nearly all of our local churches and is supporting thousands of individuals and their families who would otherwise have a hard time making ends meet.

When you enter through the doors of our food bank, you will be welcomed with a smile, a friendly chat and a hot drink of your choice. The volunteers are passionate about giving you the best possible experience and will always be available to guide you if you need.

This year we hosted the grand opening of the food bank in the Universal Churches in Belfast and Liverpool. The attendees could choose from a selection of non-perishable goods and groceries, such as tinned food, pasta, rice, bread, vegetables, milk and more.

The locals who attended these events were very grateful for the support and they plan to regularly revisit. All in all, the events were a huge success and we look forward to spreading this essential work in more locations.

If you would benefit from the work of the food bank, you can send us a message on our 24-Hour WhatsApp to find out the nearest UCKG food bank to you.
