River water, by its nature, never stands still. It flows continuously, carrying away everything that remains stagnant. This is how we are meant to be.
Problems will arise; that’s part of life. We cannot expect everything to be perfect at all times. However, just as problems arise, they are meant to be overcome. The real issue begins when they stop us in our tracks, paralysing our decisions, draining our motivation and preventing us from moving forward.
Do you feel that your life has become stagnant, as if you are stuck in the same place, repeating the same struggles despite your best efforts? Perhaps plans are constantly delayed, doors seem closed, or discouragement has slowly taken over. When life loses momentum, even simple challenges can feel overwhelming, making progress seem increasingly distant.
As part of the 7 Fridays of Spiritual Cleansing with 7 Blessed Waters, we invite you to join us at your nearest Universal Church this Friday, 6 February. Please bring a small bottle with you. A drop of blessed river water will be placed in this bottle, and you will receive guidance on how to use it. Just as river water carries away what has remained still, we believe by faith that you will begin to move forward in life again, overcoming stagnation and rising above every challenge.
