Friday of Open Paths

Have you ever felt like something in your life has simply stopped?

Life doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes, a journey that once seemed full of promise suddenly comes to a halt. Doors close, opportunities vanish, and dreams seem delayed until they feel like distant memories. No matter how hard you try, it feels like you take one step forward, only to fall two steps back.

These blocked paths, can come in many forms. Perhaps your career hasn’t turned out as you hoped, or maybe it never even started in the way you imagined. You might be experiencing the loss of a relationship that ended without closure. Family issues might seem too complex to mend. Your immigration papers could feel like they’re stuck in limbo, and that business idea you once cherished might still be sitting on a page,never coming to life. Maybe your well-being has robbed your peace, or spiritually, you feel distant, as though God is silent. Or maybe, you simply find yourself standing at a crossroads, unsure of your next step.

If any of this resonates with you, know that you are not alone. We all face moments when the way forward seems blocked, and the road ahead appears uncertain. But closed paths do not mean the end. Sometimes, they are divine pauses—times when God calls us to stop striving in our own strength and instead, trust that He will lead the way. The Word of God says: “And one shall say, ‘Heap it up! Heap it up! Prepare the way, Take the stumbling block out of the way of My people.’” (Isaiah 57:14)

In line with this promise, we invite you to join us for the Friday of Open Paths—a special meeting where we come together in faith believing that the stumbling block will be moved out of the way. Write on a piece of paper the closed path in your life and bring it along to the meeting. Additionally, bring a key that represents the door you want to see opened.

Faith requires action. By bringing a key, you are declaring: “God, I cannot open this door by myself. But I trust that You can.” By doing so, you release the pressure of trying to fix things on your own. Let go of the discouragement that has been weighing you down. Allow God to lead the way because when He opens a door, no one can close it.

This Friday will also mark the final day of our purpose ‘13 Fridays for the Fall of the Spiritual Walls’ with the return of the last rose. A journey of faith, during which many have witnessed strongholds broken. Now, come ready to step forward into a new path.
