With so many challenges affecting the world today, it is understandable that many people are searching for a place of safety. News of disasters, new illnesses, and violence can leave people feeling unsettled and worried about the future. In moments like these, many ask themselves: Where can I find true shelter and peace?
The Bible offers a reassuring answer in Psalm 91, one of the most recognised passages in the Scriptures. It begins with these words: “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” (Psalm 91:1)
Psalm 91 contains 16 verses that speak about God’s protection and the love He has for those who turn to Him with sincerity. The message is clear: those who trust in God’s promises can find protection, peace, and strength for themselves and their families.
Perhaps you or someone you know is facing challenges in your health. When circumstances seem overwhelming, it can be difficult to see a way forward. But the Word of God reminds us that hope is never lost. It invites us to seek relief, comfort, and refuge in His presence.
For this reason, we invite you to join us this Tuesday, March 10th, for our Health Day service. This meeting is an opportunity to seek God, renew your faith, and find the strength to believe that your situation can change.
Every Tuesday, hundreds of people across the UK take part in these meetings. They come together to pray, strengthen their spirit, and renew their confidence that with God, because nothing is impossible.
You are welcome to join us at your local Universal Church for yourself or on behalf of a loved one, where you will receive prayer and spiritual support.
No matter what you are facing, there is always a safe refuge for those who place their trust in God.
