Multi-millionaire businessman Bryan Johnson, claims to spend about $2 million a year to have the body of an 18-year-old. The American revealed in a recent interview that the investment is an attempt to remain biologically equal to his son, to the point that doctors “can’t discern who is who”.
Under the care of 30 doctors, Johnson has been dedicated for two years to the Blueprint project, which re-educates him in order to obtain the youthful appearance that is expected. In his daily life, he has a highly restrictive diet and a hard training routine, in addition to ingesting more than 100 daily supplements.
It is worth noting that aging is a natural process of life and will come to everyone. However, many see it as an enemy for not belonging to the standard imposed by the media.
Despite not having control over death, many are those who invest everything they have in favour of wanting to avoid death and prolong their days in this world.
This unconscious desire, contrary to what many imagine, is not part of a mere earthly will, but of the yearning of your soul to follow the course of the plan traced by God for us, which is eternal life, and to be close to the Creator.
The Bible shows us that God created human beings to have control: “And God said, let us make man in our image, according to our likeness; let him rule over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 1.26)
However, after Adam and Eve disobeyed God in Eden, their sin took away their dominion over what the Most High had given them: longevity of life, with no deadline for death. Since then, man has an expiration date on this Earth, and only the soul would last for eternity, either with God or away from God.
