What happens when a soul is in pain?

healingsoul inside

Hurt, betrayal, anger and emptiness are just a few words to describe the pain of the soul. In the hope to eliminate this pain, people tend to turn to a temporary filler (music, friends, nightlife, substances, etc) to alleviate the pain from within.

However, if these internal issues are not dealt with in the right way, they will later lead to self-destructive behaviour.

Is your soul in need of healing?

Do you find yourself constantly sad for no reason, hurt from within, feeling an inner emptiness, a sense of guilt, or always reliving memories of traumas from the past?

This week, in all of our Universal Churches, starting from Sunday, 12 February – Sunday, 19 February, we will focus on the healing of your soul.

The Bible states:

Return to your rest, O my soul, for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.” (Psalm 116:7).

There is no better place for a soul to find rest (peace) than in the One Who created it. Therefore, God calls us to return to Him. That means to forget the temporary fillers and return to the One Who can truly heal your soul from within – permanently.

The Week of the Healing of the Soul will kick start with the “Lord’s Supper of Healing of the Soul” on Sunday, 12 February at 10am (also at 7.30am).

In addition to the above, on Be Inspired Bishop James will share real-life testimonies of people who externalised the pain of their soul and how they received inner healing.

Maybe you have attended the church before but never surrendered the pain of your soul to God, or this could be your first time attending. This special week is for all – don’t miss it!
