Monday, 12 June The Tour of Faith and Miracles stopped at the Universal Church in Woolwich, where those who were present experienced God’s power in their life.
Attendees received a prayer for deliverance from their internal battles, where they were encouraged to unburden themselves by speaking to God in prayer before the Altar.
One of many highlights of the evening was of a young man who had been struggling for many years feeling void with no purpose in life after receiving the prayer he mentioned that he felt light as if a burden was lifted from his shoulders.
Bishop James shared that God isn’t here to judge us but to lead us to a new life which he read from Matthew 7:1-2.
“All one has to do is to “throw out” his old life and give his life to the Lord Jesus.” Bishop James concluded by inviting those who want to start a new with God to get baptised in water.
It was an evening of new beginnings for those who decided to relinquish their old life and start afresh in Christ.
