At some point in our life, we all carry emotional baggage – memories of past hurts, disappointments, betrayals or regrets.
In today’s world, feelings often take the lead. Society teaches us to “follow our heart” and "do what feels right." However, for those who wish to walk with God, this mindset can be dangerous. Faith isn’t built on emotions; it’s built on obedience.
Faith is the most powerful gift God has given us, as even our most precious asset – our salvation – depends on it.
Many people try to follow God with good intentions and human effort alone, but soon become discouraged, inconsistent or spiritually dry. Why does this happen? Because without the Holy Spirit, living a Christian life as God intended is impossible.

Many people wonder if there is a correct way to pray. Questions often arise: Am I doing it right? Should I use specific words? Should I kneel or stand? How long should I pray for? While these questions are common, they often overlook the essence of what prayer truly is.
As you go through this journey to please God and draw closer to Him, don't be surprised if challenges arise and everything around you seems to move in the opposite direction. This is no coincidence; it's spiritual warfare.
One of the greatest transformations a person can experience during the Fast of Daniel is the renewal of the mind.
We all understand that relationships don't grow overnight. Whether it’s a friendship, a marriage or even a working relationship, building trust, understanding and connection takes time and effort.
