Telefone no Japão é utilizado para comunicação com mortos

Jesus, próximo de sua casa, Reino de Deus, sacrifício do Senhor Jesus, trabalhar muitos anos,

Imagine a Japanese garden with a white telephone booth nestled among the bushes. The device is for anyone who wants to call relatives and friends… as long as they are dead.

That’s right, you didn’t read it wrong. The phone booth ( picture on the side ) is used by residents of the city of Otsuchi, Japan, who wish to speak with loved ones who have passed away.

The idea was conceived by Itaru Sasaki, 71 years old, who, after working for many years as a metallurgist, today works as a garden designer.

Initially, the cabin was just a decoration item. However, in March 2011, a part of northwest Japan was hit by an earthquake and tsunami.

Sasaki says that, with the catastrophe, about 18 thousand people died. The feeling of loss he felt at the time was mixed with the regret of knowing that his cousin had been diagnosed with cancer in 2009. With that, Sasaki imagined that the survivors would like to “connect” the feelings with those who died . From then on, the cabin was open to the public, for anyone who wanted to “communicate” with the dead.

What does God’s Word say about talking to the dead?

The Bible makes it clear that this earthly, material life happens only once. After that, there are only two ways: the Kingdom of God or hell. And there is no free passage between those who still inhabit this world and those who are gone. We can observe this in the following biblical passage:

“And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after that the judgment…” Hebrews 9:27

We see that a person has only one chance to be saved, through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus on the cross. After that, the judgment of that person’s life will come.

She can go to the Kingdom of Heaven:

“But we have confidence and desire rather to leave this body, to dwell with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5.8

Or to eternal suffering:

And anyone not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20.15

Unfortunately, it is not easy to lose someone dear, as there is a very strong bond that unites people through affection. However, as the Bible clarifies and guides, there is no way to communicate with those who are gone, we can, yes, intercede for those who are still alive.
