There are moments in life when human justice feels painfully slow. You may have a case that has passed through many hands—your own, a solicitor’s, and maybe even a judge’s—yet the answer hasn’t come. The waiting can be exhausting. Doubt creeps in, hope weakens and the sense of injustice can feel overwhelming, especially when you believe your cause is fair.
In these moments, it’s common to feel powerless. Paperwork, hearings, deadlines and delays often remind us of the limitations within human systems. Even when people act with good intentions, human justice is susceptible to error, delay and restriction.
However, there’s a Judge who is accessible to all and who never fails: God. The Bible presents Him as the Just Judge, righteous in all His ways. “Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” (Genesis 18:25). Unlike human courts, God is never delayed, confused or unjust. He sees what is hidden, knows the truth in its entirety and judges with perfect fairness.
Throughout the Scriptures, we find numerous examples of God taking up the cause of individuals and entire nations. He judged in favour of the people of Israel when they were oppressed in Egypt, delivering them with power and victory (Exodus 3:7–8). He defended David against unjust persecution, granting him triumph over his enemies (1 Samuel 17). The psalmist declares, “For the Lord will judge His people, and He will have compassion on His servants.” (Psalm 135:14). Time and again, God has proven Himself to be the One who intervenes when human solutions fall short.
In this faith, we invite you to bring a copy of any pending case or unresolved cause to your nearest Universal Church on Monday, 9 February, at the Prosperity with God meeting. Through prayer, you will place your concerns into the hands of the Just Judge.
When matters seem too complex, too delayed or too heavy to bear, remember: God is the highest authority, and no case is too difficult for Him.
