Three ways that the devil deceives the world

Everybody has faith. The size of it is irrelevant. You just need to learn how to use it properly in order to take advantage of all it can offer. Once you use it according to the Scriptures, it will not return to God empty.

Darkness is the absence of light, and in the darkness is where the devil lies. He cannot lie in the light of God. When you buy into the lies of the devil, your faith becomes useless.

The devil knows the power of faith and knows that if you learn how to use it properly, you will no longer be an easy prey.

There are three lies that the devil uses to deceive people.

Lie #1:

The devil convinces people that humankind is the cause of evil, but that is not true. When God created humankind, He said, “It was good.” Everything that God creates is good, but the devil messed up God’s creation when he deceived humankind.

Lie #2:

He doesn’t want to appear as our number one enemy. People blame others and situations as their enemy, but the devil is the only enemy. John 10:10 is very clear when it talks about satan’s plan: to kill, steal and destroy.

The devil hates us because we took his place. He was in second place in the heavenly realm, but because he failed to be faithful, he was reduced to nothing and we took his place. He is jealous of us.

We have to stop blaming God. We have to stop believing that God tests us through suffering. This is what the devil wants us to think.

Lie #3:

The devil likes to promote that he is God’s equal. The truth is that he cannot compete with God; he is not God’s opponent because he cannot oppose God. The devil doesn’t have power.

“Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.” (Colossians 2:15)

When you are obedient to God, this power is in your hands.

“You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)

If you have Jesus in you, He is greater and more powerful than the devil in the world. So you don’t need to suffer. God has given us dominion over everything that creeps on the earth.

If Jesus is not in you, you will not be able to solve all the other problems you have.

Our faith has power over everything that the devil may come with. That may be doubts, fear or emotions. But when we have a faith that is strong and firm, no matter how small or big it may be we are able to overcome. And the devil will come with many lies to try an make our faith weak but when we are strong and use are faith he will not be able to make us fall. There was a time were I was going through a situation and was scared to speak about it. This wasn't because I sinned or anything. I was scared that people will think that I was weak if I spoke so I didn't speak. But what I was doing was wrong as each day I would feel weak and this started to show on the outside. I needed to go and seek for help. When I did this I was able to get the help that I needed. Seeking for help didn't make me weak but indeed made me stronger. When we know who we are before God and know the great power of faith in our hands nothing that the devil many bring will get us down. Our faith will make us to overcome all things. And that's when we start to see the great power of God in our life.

True, the devil has no power, all he ever do is to deceive people so that they may doubt the power of God. and draw them far from their faith.

Amen!! this is truly an opener. the devil decieves people and play with the minds of the people. we must understand that we are the children of living God, we were given the authority over the devil therefore we have the power in us to destroy the devil with Jesus in us.
