And in all your getting, get understanding.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Love without understanding can quickly lead to frustration. To truly connect with someone, it\u2019s essential to see things from their perspective. Understanding doesn\u2019t necessarily mean agreement; rather, it means valuing the other person\u2019s viewpoint \u2013 even when it differs from your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">For couples, understanding involves pausing before reacting, asking why instead of making assumptions, and creating a safe space where both individuals can express themselves without fear of judgment.
