Administrative assistant <\/span><\/span>Divanice dos Santos Rocha <\/span><\/span>(photo)<\/span><\/span><\/strong> , 39, grew up in an environment without family stability, as she saw her mother go through several relationships, always with fights and separations. <\/span>These facts cooperated so that she grew up with a lot of insecurity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As in a movie, Divanice seemed to live the same role played by her mother, since she couldn’t be happy in love. <\/span>The administrative assistant got involved with a person much older than her and due to incompatibility and <\/span><\/span>lack of communication<\/span><\/span><\/a> between the two, they ended the relationship.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Afraid of new disappointments, she decided to be alone and stopped applying her strength to love life. <\/span>\u201cIf I had to suffer, I’d rather be alone. <\/span>That’s why I focused on my studies,\u201d she added.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

But, even dedicated to her studies and determined to be alone, she suffered from loneliness. <\/span>It was in this situation and full of traumas that Divanice received an invitation to participate in a lecture of \u201cTerapia do Amor\u201d. <\/span>In the first lecture she was able to perceive some points that she could work on herself. <\/span>She noted that she needed to get rid of the weight of disappointments in love and that the drama experienced by her mother did not need to be repeated in her life.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Divanice felt so good about what she learned that she invited a college friend to attend the lectures with her.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The friend was Mauro S\u00e9rgio Rocha, 50 years old. <\/span>Because of his job, he traveled frequently and had fleeting, non-committal relationships. <\/span>\u201cI didn’t know what ‘Love Therapy’ was, but I agreed to participate, because even knowing many people, I felt empty\u201d, commented the military man.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Mauro S\u00e9rgio learned that he needed to change in many ways and that his love life needed to be taken seriously. <\/span>It was from then on that he began to obey the teachings he received in the lectures.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The soldier realized that his affection for Divanice was growing <\/span><\/span>every day<\/span><\/span><\/a> . <\/span>It was then that he asked her to marry him. <\/span>\u201cThe person I wanted by my side for all that time was always there, but before, with a love life without commitment, I didn’t realize how special she was\u201d, he revealed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Over time, Divanice got rid of her complexes and insecurities, began to see her real value and learned that she needed to love herself before loving someone else. <\/span>\u201cWith my interior healed, I felt ready to love, I no longer had that fear of suffering.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dating and attending the lectures, the couple learned to build intelligent love and the result of this learning was the engagement and then the wedding, made official at Universal located at Rua Joaquim Nabuco, 2245, in Porto Velho, on October 12 of this year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI counted the hours for that moment to arrive. <\/span>As we walked to the Altar, a movie played in my mind with everything we lived together\u201d, recalls Mauro S\u00e9rgio. <\/span>\u201cIn ‘Love Therapy’ we date, get engaged and get married. <\/span>There <\/span><\/span>we learned how to structure our relationship<\/span><\/span><\/a> and, above all, we received God’s blessing\u201d, concludes Divanice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
