Lauren Dunham woke up with a hangover, with pain in the head and in <\/span><\/span>different parts of the body<\/span><\/span><\/a> , the result of the party the night before with four friends: Richie Cowley, Jamie Farrow and the couple Jamie and Amy Hipkins, who woke up in the same situation. <\/span>Of the five, Jamie is the oldest, aged 27, and Richie the youngest, aged 24. The other three are each the same age, 25. And from now on, the friends will have to deal with the terrible discovery what they did that morning.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Lauren and her friends are from Old Billingham, County Durham, England. <\/span>During the night of the party, after drinking four liters of vodka, they decided it would be interesting to honor the city. <\/span>One of the friends had a tattoo machine and, out of his mind with alcohol, they all got \u201cOBC\u201d tattooed \u2013 Old Billingham Crew.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe were left wondering why the hell we did this. <\/span>I think the tattoo on my leg will stay forever as it’s so deep <\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/em> “<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The five English friends were disoriented after consuming <\/span><\/span>large amounts of alcohol<\/span><\/span><\/a> . <\/span>They left scars on the skin and life of each one. <\/span>But it’s easy to imagine that it could have been even worse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Although it is not an illicit drug, alcohol is a very harmful drug for health, body and spirit. <\/span>Those who abuse alcohol put themselves and others at risk. <\/span>And more and more, unfortunately, young people indulge in this addiction.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt will be difficult to think that the future of the country (and the world) will be in good hands if young people are deteriorating earlier and earlier\u201d, says Bishop Edir Macedo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Contrary to what movies, TV commercials, etc. show, alcohol does not bring glamor or joy, but rather <\/span><\/span>an addiction that is difficult to combat<\/span><\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For the bishop, people are destroying his future. <\/span>\u201cUnless society rethinks what is actually valid as a concept, value and principle, so that proselytizing and dogmatic opinions do not dominate people’s minds and intelligence, making them believe that God is behind all misfortunes and ills of humanity\u201d, he emphasizes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
