Nothing worth having comes easy

Nothing worth havibg comes easy
They say that ‘nothing worth having comes easy’, this means that things that are worth having in life takes effort.

Marriage requires an equal effort from both for it to work, but as you are adapting to each other there are bound to be differences and too often these differences turn into disagreements leading to arguments.

It’s how you deal with these disagreements that can make all the difference, in these moments of friction, marriage puts a mirror in front of your face and you have an opportunity to be better or not, as the Bible says:

“Iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend.” (Proverbs 27:17)

You can use these differences to your advantage to be (as the Bible verse states) sharpened in other words to become a better version of yourself.

So, the next time you and your partner are at a crossroads, remember that they are not your enemy, they are your best friend, your biggest supporter, so when they are challenging you, it’s not to make you less of a person, but a better person.
