Twice a year, campaigns of faith are held for people who either have a big problem they want resolved or a big dream they want to achieve. Pastors and bishops from UCKGs around the world take peoples requests to either Mount Sinai in Egypt (the only mountain that God Himself declared holy) or to a holy place in Israel, to pray for the impossible to become possible.
"I always thought the Campaign of Israel was for other people. But when my business went bankrupt and I fell into depression, I changed my views and took part in it. I was tired of being humiliated by my colleagues because they knew I went to church but saw no proof of God in my life. I gave my all in the Campaign and God honoured me and took away my shame. Today I run my own private school, teaching different languages, postgraduate courses and administrative courses." Patricia Padro
"Before I came to the UCKG, I didn’t know what peace was. Voices, shadows and spiritual disturbances - my life was constantly attacked by negative forces. My marriage was falling apart - we were on the brink of divorce. I had pains in my body and depended on medication. My life was a total mess! One day my mother told me about he UCKG and when I attended, I learned how to fight against my oppression through the deliverance services on Friday. After being set free, I took part in the Campaign of Mount Sinai and my request to have my marriage restored was answered. We rebuilt our marriage, bought a new house, car and started things over. Today the quality of life we live is all due to the sacrifice and faith we’ve expressed in the Campaign." Marcelo and Luciana
"My life had been riddled with problems since the age of 16, when I started working. I always had goals in life and I was a hard worker, but I would never succeed. Later on I started working as a financial consultant, but my debts were worse than those of the clients. I would simply work to pay off my debts. When I came to the UCKG for the first time, the Campaign of Mount Sinai was going on. I took part; and sacrificed. From that point onwards, things were never the same again. Today, I have been able to set up my own business. I have employees and offices around the country, two houses and a flat near the beach." Frank Bangkong
"My sister was not married. She was going from one disappointing relationship to another. I invited her to give her life to God which she did, and from there we started praying, asking God to intervene in her love life. I took part in the Campaign of Israel for her love life because I couldn’t take seeing her that way. I put her picture in the envelope and made my sacrifice presenting my all to God. As part of my sacrifice, whenever prayers were made for love life, I would take part on my sister’s behalf. Today, she is now happily married." Sarah Aifuwa
"I’d been in the church since I was young but had never really seen the glory of God in my life. I worked for a multinational company; I was better at my job than others but still received the same salary as everyone else. I revolted against my situation. I made my finacial sacrifice by presenting to God all that I had in the bank. Today, I own a company worth four times more than the one I worked for. But I’m not stopping there, my God has no limits, so my life cannot have limits either." Alexander Steele
"Unemployed for nearly one year despite sending out over 100 job applications, I was fed up. The bank threatened to take legal action against me and repossess my house, but the sacrifice I made in the Campaign of Israel and my faithfulness in my tithes gave me the assurance that my situation would turn around. Out of the blue a financial door was opened and I was able to pay off my mortgage in full. I also got a call from my ex-manager the following day and got a job straight away. I’ve already had three pay increases." Felicia Stiles
"When I took part in the Campaign of Israel, I was determined to see God’s justice in my life. My family and I were struggling to win an impossible court case where someone, through fraudulent documents, was able to posses everything that we own. The battle in court was tough but through my sacrifice, God intervened and showed His justice. Not only did we win the case, but we were also compensated double of the amount we supposedly owed." Joseph
"When I came to the UCKG I was bankrupt to the point that I had to beg for food.
After I took part in the Campaign of Israel and made my sacrifice, I managed to buy my own flat, this was a miracle for me because I didn’t have a penny to my name yet the bank still approved my mortgage. I also recovered my former company and went on to build seven houses on seven plots of land that I also purchased. I also determined that I would pay off all my debts at the beginning of 2008 and by February 2008 I had all my debts paid.
I now own two construction companies. God worked in a mighty way for me." Julian Fernandez Cano
"I had enough of riding my bike from Peckham to South Kensington everyday to get to and from work. With the job I had, I knew that maintaining a car was not going to be an easy task. The only solution was to get a better job. Through the Campaign of Israel I put God to the test and sacrificed. Today I drive a new car to my new job, but that’s not all, my monthly salary is much more than what I imagined. God has surpassed my expectations." Stacey Thomas
"I was told by my friends to make a fake document. My employers never found out, but for some strange reason solicitors said it was a lost case. I came to the UCKG and learned how to use my faith, and also that I was in the wrong. I decided to burn my fake passport and put my trust in God. I became a tither and took part in the Campaign of Israel sacrificing spiritually, physically and financially. Using my faith I determined that I would receive my indefinite leave to remain in the UK before the end of January. I received it on the 9th February but the letter was dated 29th January. God is faithful." Stella Malusi
"For 3 years my son was a drug dealer and user, and started stealing to support his addiction. Several times I had to bail him out of prison. The lowest point was when he was arrested for robbery and spent 7 months in prison. When he got out, instead of starting afresh he just became worse. I took part in a Campaign of faith and asked God to change my son. The same day I presented my request, my son decided to give his life to God. He was baptised in water and has been attending the Youth Group ever since." Fernanda Soares
"Following my parents' separation I hadn't seen my father for 20 years. When I finally found him, I discovered that he'd been diagnosed with prostate cancer. I decided I was going to fight for his health and the Campaign was the opportunity to use my faith. I gave my all because I believed God was going to heal my dad. One week later, my father was released from the hospital and doctors told him that the prostate cancer was no longer evident in his test results." Juliet Okwuosa
"My part time job wasn’t giving me enough money. As a consequence my financial life was spiralling out of control. I tried to get a full time job for more than a year without success. At the same time my marriage became disastrous with constant arguments and fights.
I took part in the Campaign of Israel because I wanted 2008 to be different for me. A few weeks later, I got the full time job I needed so much and my marriage is changing for the better day by day." Claudia Marie
