Youth Group launches Break the Habit Campaign
In other words, it's things that you just can’t help but do, even when you know it’s not good for you. For example, biting your nails, clicking your fingers and more seriously eating and shoplifting. Bad habits are not just limited to things you do, it can go as deep as the attitudes we hold and even the way we do things. Most young people have habits that are destructive - they either think it’s normal or simply don’t know how to deal with it. If you are one of those and are ready to break the habit, this campaign is for you. Running throughout October, you will learn practical tips to help you drop that addiction and move forward in life.
