Prince Harry fails to conquer his smoking addiction

Although Prince Harry may have avoided serious injury during his tour of duty in Afghanistan, he appears to have picked up his dangerous smoking habit after claiming to have quit.

The troublesome royal – who started smoking at 14 and was on 20 a day at Eton – was seen puffing on a cigarette outside an aiport terminal. And it's clear for the nicotine addict, old habits die hard.

Spending lots of time with girlfriend Chelsy, also a committed smoker, can't be helping his efforts to quit.

We may all be aware that smoking kills, and that it causes diseases such as cardiovascular and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and cancer, however, it's not that easy for addicts to give up just like that.

Every Saturday at the Rainbow Theatre, the Addiction Cleansing service is held for those who many find themselves craving, and depending on substances that are destroying their health, life and family. If you would like help to beat any addiction, call now on 020 7686 6000.
