Another UCKG opens… in Guyana
Here's another example of what tithers make possible in the work of God. A brand new church has opened in Guyana. Thanks to the faithfulness of tithers all around the world, the UCKG is expanding fast with new churches opening regularly. “The Guyanese people are very happy and polite,” said Bishop Luiz. “They like to dance and are people full of faith. The biggest problem they face however is in their financial lives. They normally receive a salary of $100 (around £50) which is very low.” In a bid to help these people further, another UCKG opened its doors in the country. If you have friends and family in Guyana, tell them about the new church. The address is: 135 Regent street, Lacytown (beside Guyoil gas station). Don’t miss the special tithers consecration on the 2nd March at 10am in all UCKGs.
Released on Thursday, 21 February 2008
