It seems it’s no longer only a man’s world when more than half the number of people whose assets rank between £500,000 and 1 million are female. In fact it’s estimated that women millionaires will outnumber men within 15 years… so watch out guys, women are taking over.

So, what has unleashed this entrepreneurial brilliance? More education and training? Not necessarily. As multimillionaires and entrepreneur Gill Fielding reveals, all you need is to believe that it’s possible.

"Wealth starts in the mind, not the bank. It starts with the seed of possibility. If you can’t believe, it will never be done," Gill told All About Women presenter Christoulla Boodram. "The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it’s open. You have to get the belief in there, and then go out there. If you don’t believe it’s possible, you will never do it."

Gill who is estimated to be worth £15m uses her moneymaking skills to run her own Wealth Company, where she holds seminars and gives talks, teaching others how to make money.

"I first saw her on Channel 4’s The Secret Millionaire where she gave away almost a quarter of a million pounds and two things stood out for me which is why I really wanted to include her on the show," said Christoulla.

"On the programme, The Secret Millionaire, she goes back to the East End where she grew up and meets up with some of her childhood friends, and later in an interview, she says that one of her old friends said, ‘I wish I was a millionaire’ and Gill thought, ‘Well why can’t you? Do something about it. We grew up in the same area, are the same age, were in the same class at school so what’s the difference?’

"So first, her attitude really impressed me. Secondly, She doesn’t only think about herself. She cares for others and is willing to share her skills and her wealth to help others, as you’ll see on the All About Women show. Her attitude is amazing and you’ll learn a lot from what she says. It reinforces many of the things we are taught at the UCKG."
