Determination
Where there is a will, there is a way

When we love someone and we want to demonstrate it, we immediately put this person in first place. In relation to God, it is not different; it is through our attitudes, words, behaviour and good testimony that we will show our love for Him.

Love, as defined in the Bible, is much greater than feelings and emotions, for it is associated with attitudes and commitment.

We have to make decisions every day. We have to decide what clothes we are going to wear, the bus we are going to get, the food we are going to eat, the time to go home, the time to go to work, etc. When we make the right choice, then we will reap amazingly good fruits. However, if we make the wrong choice, we will suffer the consequences of it.

We reap today what we’ve sown yesterday, and we will reap tomorrow what we sow today. Note that everything in life depends on the choices and decisions we make.

It is important to know that God only dwells inside the hearts of those who really obey His Word. If there is no obedience, it is because there is no love; and if there is no love, there is lack of interest. God Himself said that He loves those who love Him, and those who look for Him will find Him.

We reap today what we sowed yesterday, and we will
reap tomorrow what we sow today.

When a person decides to obey the Word of God, the Divine Trinity starts to live inside of him. If, for instance, the person is single, he will be able to choose the right person to marry and to live with for the rest of his life.

Many people believe in the Lord Jesus but live a completely different life from the one He promised. Dear reader, if you do not have abundant life, you have to see if you are fulfilling God’s commandments and if the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit live inside of you.

Practising Christian teachings is not difficult, but enduring the consequences of disobedience is. This is difficult, hard and ruthless. Where there is a will to live in the presence of the Most High, there is a way.

If you really want it, nothing can impede you from being obedient to the Lord Jesus.

Remember: Where there is a will, there is a way!

May God bless you all abundantly,
Bishop Edir Macedo
