We believe anyone can achieve the extraordinary, simply by using something that is already inside of them - faith. The problem for many however, is that although they may believe in the power of God, they just don’t know how to use their faith in a way that brings results. Nothing short of a Miracle
 I will never forget the moment that my son defied doctors who wrote him off as dead. I am a mother of two still shrieks with delight as I remember the stunned look on doctor’s faces when my son Dave, then 16, started breathing.
He was left in a coma after being rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital with respiratory arrest four years ago
Medics told me that there was nothing else they could do for him as his lifeless body spewed blood out of his nose and mouth in what is described as a pulmonary haemorrhage. Doctors had to come several times a day to suck out the blood residue from inside him.
He was sustained by a life support machine, he appeared totally unresponsive and baffled doctors as to what infection caused this sudden illness. But Dave proved them all wrong with his miraculous recovery after being anointed with the Holy Oil from Israel.
My son is now an active member of the VYG in Stratford. He laughs, walks, plays, feeds himself, reads and does everything that a 19 year old lad should do - accomplishments we had to unite our faith for.
“It’s a nightmare that no parent wants to go through,” says Janine his mother. “It started with Dave having breathing problems at home. We had to call an ambulance as it looked quite bad. At the hospital he went into respiratory arrest and had to be transferred to Great Ormond Street Hospital’s intensive care unit and he just kept on getting worse.
